Medical Educator Pilot Programme
The Charité is committed to supporting physicians who are committed to teaching, curriculum development and educational research with a novel, innovative concept in German-speaking countries. The development of competencies for the medical education of the future and the processing of current research questions in higher medical education are to become focal points of the funding programme.

In 2023, the Academic Grants' Committee has advocated the development of a medical educator pilot programme in line with the Charité's academic personnel development concept. On October 10, 2023, the Faculty Management approved the establishment of the funding program.
